Great
Excellent Tent!
The ultamid is a great tent! Simple and strong design!.... It is not worth the price though, especially since it is made out of the country.
Versatile and spacious
Spent several nights in NY's Catskills mountains and Bear Mtn. I like the flexibility that this tent offers which can be dialed in according to conditions. Most recently pitched on a lake shore which took 30-40 mph winds all night coming off the lake. I anticipated and used the extra guy lines taking into account wind direction. The tent took the punishment and wiggled about fairly noiselessly but stood tall and protected me well. I used bivy and ground sheet. The tent was pitched close to the ground, with no detectable condensation probably due to airflow from wind.

Light, simple set up, waterproof...what's not to love. Paired with an insert, even better
Spacious and reliable
Lightweight and lots of room. This is my go to shelter if I know there is going to be foul weather. Using the half insert allows me ample space to hunker down in the rain or snow. Being able to lower the fly to ground in heavy winds or raise for ventilation on sunny days valuable. Quality bomber mid worth the price
