Our 55-liter hiking backpacks are designed to help you hike, climb, packraft, and bike more efficiently, with less fatigue and pain, using gear that is so light and simple that it becomes an afterthought. Our award-winning backpacks are all built with waterproof Dyneema® Composite Fabrics and rigorously tested by some of the most acclaimed explorers in the world.
The 3400 volume size is ideal for weekend, section, or thru-hikes where resupply points are less frequent, or for a trip that needs flexibility. When the extra volume is not in use, the 3400’s top can roll down enough to make the overall size of the pack similar to the 2400 series, leaving the additional space available when you need it.
